page 4 more hood work

this is the frame work to keep the hood a little less flimsy aluminium bars that go from top to bottom are connected to the front peice of aluminium with screws that help keep the hood from bending in the wind also a little bending of the top of the bars so as to fit nicley when the hood is closed.as you can see the two bars are attached by the bottom bar wich is screwed on to the bottom of the hinges
i removed the two outer aluminium frame peices (there not needed anymore)for full clearence of the bars made for the hood
untangeling all the wireing for the headlits, direcinal and parking lites was easer than i thought it would be .i only had to add two more wiers for the side marker lites .then attatched all the wireing up on the hood with duct tape (mans best friend next to the dog)so all the wires are out of the way .now its off to find insulation to make it look neet and some kind of spring device to keep the hood up insted of useing my cane.more to come soon

here is a new battery i added to the cc car for all the 12 volt accs lights.horn.radio the orange wire that goes from the charger to the relays and to the second stage speed was draining all power from the headlites when driving at night now i can drive at night without loosing headlites and radio in full power mode to the motor
